How it's started
Kresek Project has started with a concern the abundance of plastic trash in the rice fields, river, streets and markets of the Dusun Berembeng and Sigerongan Village communities in West Lombok. The Kresek Project team had the ingenious idea to not only remove the trash from their beautiful region, but to recycle it and put it to use. It also provided much-welcomed job opportunities to the local population.
